Abstract

In the preset paper a new locality with Early Cambrian .deposits for San Juan Province, Northwestern flank 'of Sierra de Zonda, is described. Inside calcareous bed, F1·emantella inopinata was found. This Olenellina is at present reported only in the Precordillera of Western Argentina for the Southern Hemisphere.
