Abstract

Rouaultia lyelli (Rouault), a fossíl trace of Ordovician age, is herein described for the Precordillera of Western Argentina in Iímestonebeds. These marks, probably annelid tracks, are very similar with the traces discovered recently in eopaleozoic strata of Buenos Aires Province, and related with Arthrophucus alleghaniensis (HarIan) in psammitic facies.
