ALGUNOS GASTROPODA DE LAS SUPERFAMILIAS EUOMPHALACEA, PLEUROTOMARIACEA y PLATYCERATACEA DEL PALEOZOICO SUPERIOR DE ARGENTINA
Abstract
Some Gastropods of the superfamily Euomphalacea, Pleurotomariacea and Platyceratacea from the following Carboniferous marine formations are described: Volcan, Hoyada Verde, Esquina Gris in San Juan Province; Agua del Jagüel in Mendoza Province and from the "Tepuel Systern" in Chubut Province. The following species were studied: Straparollus (Euompbaius ) subcircularis (Mansuy ), Mourlonia (Pseudobaylea) poperimensis Max., Glabrocingulum argentinus (Reed ), Peruvispira sp., Callitomaria sp., Neoplatyteichum barrealensis (Reed ) and Yunnania subpygmaea (d'Orb.). Peruvispira australis, Peruvispira sueroi and Callitomaria tepuelensis are proposed.Downloads
