TAFOFLORA JURASICA DE LA ZONA DE PICUN LEUFU, PROVINCIA DEL NEUQUEN
Abstract
The fossil plant locality is close to Picún Leufú where the Arroyo Picún Leufú crosses the National Route NQ40. According to the latest geological information, the plant horizons belong to the Lajas Formation of míd jurassíc (Bajocian) age. In the present paper, 7 taxas have been studied,2 of them being new: Todites williamsonii (Bgt.) Sew., Cladophlebis denticulata (Bgt.) Font., Taeniopteris sp., Otozamites sp., Brachyphyllus sp., phenopteris herbstii n. sp. and S. picunleufuensis n. sp.Downloads
