ASOCIACIONES DE NANOCONIDOS DE LA FORMACION AGRIO, CUENCA NEUQUINA, ARGENTINA
Abstract
Three nannoconid associations were recognized from the Agrio Formation (Hauterivian, Lower Barremian) on the NW of the Neuquén Basin. These associations were compared with others, all over the world, establishing their differences and similitudes. Characteristic of Association I are nannoconids with narrow canal and short test (N. steinmanni); of Association II Taxa with wide canal and short test predominate (N. bucheri, N. wassalli, N. truitti) and in Association III nannoconids of the N. steinmanni group, with narrow canals and long test.Downloads
