DIPTERIDACEAE (FILICALES) DEL TRIASICO DEL ARROYO LLANTENES (PROVINCIA DE MENDOZA) Y DE PASO FLORES (PROVINCIA DEL NEUQUEN), ARGENTINA
Abstract
TRIASSIC DIPTERIDACEAE (FILICALES) FROM ARROYO LLANTENES (MENDOZA PROVINCE) AND PASO FLORES (NEUQUEN PROVINCE), ARGENTINA. The Dipteridaceae ferns Dictyophyllum (Thaumatopteris) tenuiserratum (Menéndez) nov. comb. et emend., and Dictyophyllum (Thaumatopteris) chihuiuensis (Menéndez) nov. comb. from the late Middle Triassic of Arroyo Llantenes (Mendoza province) are redescribed. New material allows an enlargement of the diagnoses of these species originally based on very fragmentary specimens. A new species of Goeppertella, G. stipanicicii from the Upper Triassic of Paso Flores (Neuquén province) is also described.Downloads
