NOTICIA SOBRE EL HALLAZGO DE APENDICES VENTRALES DE TRILOBITES EN LA FORMACION PARCHA (SALTA)
Abstract
This paper deals with the first mention of ventral appendages of trilobites in Middle Ordovician formations of northwestern Argentina. These were founded together with Didymograptus deflexus Elles et Wood and Didymograptus kurcki Monsen, in Piscuno (Prov. Salta), in a new fossiliferous Ordovician locality, within Parcha Formation. Unfortunately, it was impossible to identify the genera, but the age is infered by the associated graptolites, which belong to Middle Ordovician.Downloads
